Owner Joe Lavin, said of Evans, “We really like his high energy and creativity. Within one week, we had new menus for both the Main Dining Room and Pub. We’ve introduced a lot of new items, while keeping some of old favorites.” Chef Jason is a graduate of Johnson and Wales University in South Carolina, with a degree in Culinary Arts. Evans and his culinary team excel at innovative cuisine using fresh, seasonal and local ingredients.
